I had a phone call with the recruiter who pushed it back 5 minutes but otherwise went fine. He then set me up with an interview with the hiring manager which was also pushed back at the last minute. I then waited about 10 minutes for him to show up before notifying the recruiter. The recruiter tells me he'll figure out what's going on and then I don't hear from him again until the next week. Hiring manager never showed and I never received an explanation. They asked me to reschedule for the next week and never offered an apology. I told them I was no longer interested as they clearly do not respect people's time

Interview
The interview had 4 rounds. Recruiter screen, followed by hiring manager round (this was about prev exp), technical round (coding question and technical questions based on previous experience) and finally a round with the VP covering high-level system design and technical questions. The interview process was too long.

Applied online. The recruiter sent me an email for an initial phone call. I gave him my availability and he ghosted me for a couple weeks. He later then replied back to me with the apology. We set up the meeting for the phone call. He ended up ghosting me again. Very unprofessional behavior. I'm glad I dogdged the bullet.
