The interview process was managed extremely well. Feedback was timely and next steps were clearly communicated. Contract and background checks were also managed well. All in all it was a very smooth process which made the experience great.

In-depth interview process with skills testing, personality testing to match the team with whom an employee will be working. Long process but worthwhile to know if the team and role is a good fit.
