Average, only a few calls not a lot of back and fourth. Had interaction with people overseas at the corporate office as well as with HR here in the USA
Actually a bit scared by HR but not line manager. They did ask questions in details and you have to think throughly for the answers. Seems like they would need a all-rounded skills manager to handle all kind of stuffs.
