Staffing agency - 2 people, followed by phone interview and 7 additional face to face interviews with various VPs and Directors. 5 interviews were in one afternoon in the Detroit office. The most important areas were describing your strengths and experiences with similar clients in the past. In addition, using clients as references is a plus.

Wanted me to interview one of them to ask pertinent questions. Also wanted to make sure I would feel comfortable moving from a global very large corporation to a significantly smaller one.
