Applied via Indeed. HR coordinator scheduled a 1 hour virtual panel meeting. References to be sent to HR coordinator prior to and or right after interview was held. Two unit managers and HR present. Language proficiency test was done via interpreter a few days after.

Very long process. Even longer orientation period and probationary periods. I wouldn’t say that it is overly difficult, but it is very in depth and thorough. Should also make sure that you are aware of the community programs that are available in the region.
