In person, casual. Conversational. Meet with the manager. Discuss roles and expectations. Pretty easy interview. Ask if you’re in school as well. You can probably get a call by right away if you’re confident

Straight forward and to the point. There was no fluff to this interview. He wanted to get through the questions which I liked. We went through the questions quickly but I didn't feel pressured.
