They make you wait for a long time in the lobby, they're not doing anything important, just trying to make themselves look busy while you wait for half an hour and can see them through glass windows.
Basic Questions - From what I gathered they did not require that I had any relevant experience, just that I was comfortable speaking to customers in a sales situation.

Interview
Applied online and was called in for an initial interview. They ask you a few questions about your resume and then ask you, your availability for the interview. Branch manager interviews you first, than a regional manager will interview, sometimes both at the same time. They say will review your application and get back to you with an offer.
