Interview
The interview is pretty relaxed and straightforward. They mainly ask about your background and personality because they’re really just trying to understand who you are and how you’d fit in culturally.
First round: prepare notebook and pen to note on what their company does, their clients and approach to marketing, career path. They will ask you to tell story about yourself, order your values in money, growth, and fun with provided reasons, where do you see yourself in 5 years. There is a final questionnaire asking about everything discussed in the first interview session in terms of your takeaway and understanding, and how you see yourself being in their team. If they like you, you will be proceeded to the final round interview with the director.
