I interviewed at Lloyds Clinical (Harlow, England)
Interview
From initial Team interview to actually getting on site took a year. It was a very clunky process. The hiring manager was fantastic. When interviewed by the CEO and senior quality representative. One person was on teams, the other was in the room. (Not the best process in constantly turning my head to address different scenarios. The questions were very ambiguous and not what you would normally be asked at this level of role.

The interview took place at 10:00pm, as the role is a night-shift position. During the interview, I completed a maths test and answered a series of GMP-related questions. The interview was carried out with the shift manager, who also discussed the expectations of the role, shift patterns, and general working practices on nights.
