I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lloyds Banking Group (Edinburgh, Scotland) in Jan 2025
Interview
It comprised of 3 stages - Selection, SJT and finally Video Interview. You do not need to interact with anyone to get through the stages and this is quite cool I would say. Clear explanations on what to do and there's always help when you need it.

Interview
It was a good interview process with not too many stages. The questions were fair and nothing unexpected. I would say that the process is fairly decent. There is not a lot of other things to say about it to be honest.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lloyds Banking Group
Interview
The worst interview ever… just robotic questions , unnecessary questions and address and right to work check even before interview started that makes no sense as all these can be done during background check

Interview
Typical customer service role interview with the usual questions you would expect and some role play scenarios too. It was very formal yet the interviewers will help put you at ease and encourage you to be comfortable
