I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lloyds Banking Group (London, England) in Nov 2012
Interview
Two people interviewed me. It was a personal interview and not technical. Main criterion was fit in the team and organisation. It seemed to be a very informal process. The second person on the interview actually seemed to be a bit clueless about what to say or ask. She, I think, had only been involved as an administrator in this hiring.

Interview
Pretty straightforward and easy. The interviewers were friendly and made the whole process feel relaxed. No need to panic. It’s a mixture of behavioural and competency based questions. Ran through a couple of scenarios to access how
You would react in that situation
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They want to make sure there is a Culture and behaviour fit
Stages, tests and final interview with many other candidates. And we all had to.complete a task together and give a presentation on the best solution. In the end rejected for unknown reasons but good process.

Interview
Very serious, arduous and definitely a long process over 2 weeks in total. Hard questions and probing questions. Was more difficult than I had expected. Would not recommend. The interviews were too difficult for me.
