It was a single step competency based interview. I got the interview invitation by directly applying on Company portal. It was a competency based interview. They also have an internal template for competency based questions which is based on their values - so its good starting point to prepare.

Initial call with HR. Then call with manager for the team and senior manager. Around 1hr/1hr and 30. There was an Excel test at the end but this was mostly to understand the competency from basic formulas to harder ones. Friendly team and comfortable.
