I applied online. I interviewed at Lloyds Banking Group in Nov 2021
Interview
Very long process with little communication. Had to chase the company up multiple times for an answer. No feedback given. Poor experience all round.
Firstly had to fill out my details, was then invited to do an online test, was then invited to do a video interview. Very long process with no communication. Was not a good experience at all.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions about what you would do in the particular role and relating it to tasks to complete in the process.
The interview process includes several stages, such as an online assessment, job insight exercises and an assessment centre. Expect many situational and competency-based questions. Overall, the experience is structured, detailed and takes some time to complete.
