The process starts with an online application, and then a strengths and cultural assessment. Passing this, Lloyds then invited me to do an online inductive reasoning test and an online numerical reasoning test, finally, they invite you to take a video interviewing for the selection process. The interview was less like a live face-to-face skype interview, and more like one where you record your answers online, questions were pre-recorded and played to you, where you had 30 seconds to think about and then 90 seconds to record an answer. A couple of questions were strength based and they asked about your motivations too, overall, the questions were fairly easy to answer. This was the final stage of the selection process and if you're successful they call to give you an offer.
