There is an initial online application and if successful there is a few more stages to be able to join. Passed the initial screening, online assessment and technical test, but was unsuccessful at the job insights assessment.

Question 1
the technical test is made through codility.
there are three tests:
- a multiple choice general knowledge quiz on Data Science topics
- writing a rudimentary Python function
- simple table manipulation in SQL

Interview
The interview process was structured and thorough, including an online application, numerical and logical tests, a video interview, and an assessment center with group exercises, technical questions, and a final interview.
Online Assessment: Started off with Codility which is split into 3 sections. 1st section required use of SQL to complete a task. 2nd section was a task to be completed with almost any programming language (I chose Python). 3rd section was some multiple choice data questions. Then it followed the process of a lot of other online assessments

The job simulation include psychometrics test and video inteviews about how we would approach working with collegues and our personal strength and weaknesses. Is is usually 2 mins videos preceeded by 1 min preparation
