Interview
You have to do an online test, then if you pass that you do a video interview which is 2 hours long (but nearly everyone took longer than that). If you pass this then they will take you to the AC. The Ac consisted of an interview, critical analysis section, group section and three 10min round analysis.

Question 1
What is risk management
A bunch of strength based questions (I forgot what they were as I did the interview a long time ago, but you cant really practice for them).
After the strength based questions, we went to the next stage which was the motivational questions. The third section was technical questions.
A guideline will be sent before the AC, the HR are nice and you can ask questions by WhatsApp if you needed. To be honest, the process is a bit long and you need to prepare enough water.

You will watch a video about sustainability first. Cases based questions(which is about green financing products), maths questions + 3 writing questions too (email, summary) it is all about sustainability products
