Even though, she sounds so rude, after going down with my experience and projects undertaken. After all that she asked she said you've no experience working in EU so she would consider me fresher. I was surprised, as I've experience of 10 yrs. worked in India and USA, with companies operated multi nationals. How one can say an experience worked in fortune 500 companies for many years would be given a compensation of fresher, though she wanted all my expertise to exploit. I didn't expect that from such big company. I've interviewed to other companies in UK they've considered my experience pretty much, not sure what was wrogn with Lloyd.
