Was called for a job visit about two days after I applied. There was a group of 7 of us that went into the warehouse for more info on what the job entailed. Showed us the layout of the warehouse and what our position does. We all waited in the breakroom and took turns interviewing with the GM. Of the 7 only 3 of us made the cut. After took drug test physical and physical fitness test. Walked on treadmill and inclined to the max to make sure your heart rate didn't go too high. Also consisted of lifting 50 lbs over your head ten times, moving 110 lbs onto a 3 foot bookshelf back and forth, followed by moving 90 lbs on a 6 foot bookshelf. To pass had to prove proper technique and do as many as you could in 3 mins.
