It was a straightforward process. HR screen a few days following my submitting the application. Following that, I had 3-4 interviews with members of the PM management team. The questions were a mix of inquiring about previous experience, technical know-how, and hypothetical situations. There were no "gotcha" questions. They especially valued examples of proactive process improvement. The entire team was friendly and kind. The HR representative continued to communicate with me throughout the process which I appreciated.
