      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at LiveRamp in Jan 2021

      Interview

I had a recruiter call, hiring manager call, and then 3 hour virtual onsite with presentation. The whole process took about 4 weeks and the coordinator was helpful and communicative the entire process. Something that was really nice about this interview process is that the presentation portion of the virtual onsite has an optional meeting with the hiring manager for feedback. It was super helpful to get some opinions before actually presenting my technical workflow (I highly recommend scheduling this time). Every person was smart and polite. Added bonus: the coordinator sent me a $5 giftcard for Starbucks for completing the interview circuit. I did get an offer but even if I hadn't, it was a genuinely nice interview process with some very lovely people.

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at LiveRamp

      Interview

Very disorganized. They just transitioned candidate tracking systems and things got crossed on the backend. I applied for the Expert Services but the displayed job description was for the TAM role. Met with the smooth talking salesy recruiter, who did no clarification questions to qualify me for the role - but set me up an interview anyway with the hiring manager for the wrong role. I didn't have the right qualifications for the ES role after meeting with the hiring manager they said they'd definitely move me to the TAM role for the next interview and start there, as I am very qualified (I'm a Sr TAM at a Fortune 50 company). The recruiters proceeded to ghost me for 8 weeks after multiple attempts to call/email for follow up, I got a canned rejection email. One of the most disorganized and unprofessional experiences, I wouldn't take a role here if offered.
