Live Management interview questions

Applied through monster.com and was immediately called. The process seemed very sketchy because when i spoke to the "HR" person, it was scripted and i got the exact same questions as a couple other entry level marketing or management companies that i have spoken with in the St. Louis area such as BrandSTL, catalyst, river city, and Imperium. They will ask you if you have a license and if it's an easy commute to their office. Then, they will ask you to tell them a little bit about your self and then tell you to come in for an interview. These type of companies are cattle calling and will hire anyone. I interviewed with this company and barely had to say anything to get offered the second interview. After learning about the company, i did not attend the second interview for two initial reasons. First, Your qualifications will not matter here. Everyone starts at the same position and they tell you to work up to management. Second, you have to drive your own vehicle in whatever area they tell you to target and walk around to businesses trying to sell to them. The description of the job is false and it sucks how they try and sucker you in spamming every job search website. Oh, i would also like to note that if you apply for BrandStl, its located in the exact same office as Livemanagement. Enough said.
