Interviewers were very friendly and put my son at ease. Asked pretty straight forward questions and engaged well with him as a young applicant. He is a student with limited work experience but felt he was able to answer the questions. It was a positive experience for him in his early career but unfortunately he did not hear any outcome - it would have helped if he had been advised he was unsuccessful rather than left waiting.
