Little League interview questions

Interviewed with Director of I.T., COO, very detailed. Met with panel with in-depth questioning about qualifications. Was given a tour of the building and it's network administration area, including cabinets and cabling room, server rooms, and all peripheral areas.

Overall would be a nice environment and coworkers. Offer was lower than almost every comparable employer. They have about 10 VPs that each make 100k+, CEO has annual salary of about 450,000. They may be a non-profit, so the claim that they limited resources is dubious.
