I applied online. I interviewed at Little Dot Studios (London, England) in Jun 2025
Interview
Online interview after I completed a task which required me to edit one of their existing YouTube video's into a social clip, create a YouTube thumbnail and write a title/ description. The task was not discussed in the interview (I'm not sure they even looked at it).
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Little Dot Studios (London, England) in Jul 2025
Interview
The interview process was pretty straight forward. I went through two rounds of this, both with Partnerships Manager and Head of Creative. They were super transparent about the role and responsibilities and were able to answer my questions with ease (I had a lot of them).
I didn't end up getting the job offer, but I was offered a different role within the company. I would've actually accepted it if it weren't a maternity cover.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
- How do you deal with receiving negative feedback from a client?
- How do you tell someone in your team that they're underperforming?
- How do you measure success?
- What's your favourite brand social media account and why?
It was long, the many stages were anxiety inducing but not as difficult as many other places. However, I do wish there was less time between each stage. The interviewers were okay albeit a little monotonous which created an awkward atmosphere.
