Interview
There was no real interview process at the location I applied for. I asked the manager for an application and after submitting it same day they asked me to return to the store the following Monday. Upon arrival the manager announced that it would be a group interview with 7 other people. After asking us all for out names, we were all told that we were hired and the best 6 of us 8 would be kept after a two week cut off.

It was easy. They basically just ask if you’re capable of handling multiple task at once. Maybe give you a couple customer service situations to answer but that was it. Interview was short and left with a job.

Another crew member in their teens interviews you and asks you basic questions, such as why do you want to work here, do you have reliable transportation, what is your availability, etc?
