Was contacted by recruiter within Lithium and setup on a phone interview initially. Called back for an in-person interview and met with a team. There were some tough questions and I know I didn't answer them all correctly but I think they were more satisfied by the fact that I was honest about "not knowing" than trying to BS my way through it. Was all around a great interview process.
