I applied through university. I interviewed at Lite-Check
Interview
Discussion of job requirements and my background regarding their technologies. They were interested in my ability to meet their needs and fit into the position they were looking to fill.
There was a three part interview process which started with a group interview on location (more of a "who we are" introduction and they invited back the people that "looked" right). The second interview was with 3 employee's (two sales people and the sales/marketing manager). Then there was a third interview with the owner and sales/marketing manager.

Question 1
awkwardly at the end of my third interview, the owner Bob, asked me if I was a christian or not. He made a point to say "it really doesn't matter, I just like to know and it's not job question" but it was still asked before they officially offered me a job.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Lite-Check (Spokane, WA) in Dec 2017
Interview
3 part interview. Gets very personal in the end due to the fact they only want to hire white, Christian men (unless you file paperwork, they they will hire a woman)

Question 1
Now, I’m not really suppose to ask this but I am giving you the job and think it’s important. Are you a Christian?
