I received a short interview with HR and was referred to the next level. A SME interviewed me and we proceeded to an assessment of skills. The Assessment was not geared appropriately, and had numerous levels of incorrect instruction. I worked on the assessment and received some help. They asked that you download their software and other programs on your personal computer to complete this. This seemed way out of line. Why not give a candidate a portal with pre-installed software to conduct this? That was the issue, nothing installed correctly and I was unable to process the instructions to complete the assessment.
