First they reviewed my resume and after reviewing my resume they contacted me to see about a phone call to discuss coming in for an interview. I had a second phone interview with multiple people.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Lipscomb & Pitts Insurance
Interview
The interview process is very intense but they look for quality candidates. We had several over the phone and online meetings to get to another interview. They were very gracious with their time and efforts.

Question 1
If you wanted to work at this company what are some stressors you'd be able to manage?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lipscomb & Pitts Insurance (Brighton, TN) in Mar 2022
Interview
I was recruited from an outside agency. The initial interview was set up via Zoom. Lipscomb and Pitts were a no call no show to the interview. I brushed it off as a miscommunication later to find out that they just didn’t have time for me that day. I decided to give it a second shot and redo round 1 of the interview and it went well. I was called back for round two and it was solid and went great. Before I hardly left the parking lot, Lipscomb and Pitts were calling me back for a third and final round interview. I coordinated back and forth on a time and date that suited their schedule best, while rearranging mine. The next day they called and canceled the 3rd interview claiming there was a scheduling conflict. They told me they wanted to do more first round interviews and would call me later to reschedule. I immediately withdrew my application. This process was very unprofessional and they did not value my time as much as I valued theirs. Another deterrent was finding out later that the position was severely underpaid for the market value in the area although they claim to pay competitively.
