Lippert interview questions

hr phone interview; hr person couldn't answer questions associated with the company or position nor understood my background or how it may align to the role; the conversation came across as junior and uninterested; Not the best appearance when recruiting a senior leader.

On-site interview with General Manager, Production Supervisor, and HR. Interview was in the Cabin without any formal setting. Gave me the facility tour and explained the manufacturing process. Asked me a couple of questions about my experience and skills.
