LinkedIn Senior Manager, Monetization Strategy and Operations interview questions

Had the first phone call with HR and did not hear back. Have been following up for a couple weeks but get no response - I expected better as LinkedIn has supposedly "great" culture. This role also has no direct reports and is a glorified sr. analyst role so would be taking a step down for me anyway.
