Walk through previous work experience and projects that I had worked on.
It was around 2-3 weeks from application to offer.
During the first call we covered the type of work set up as I was seeking remote work or 1 day per week onsite. It was confirmed that this was absolutely fine and they were very flexible. When they extended the offer to me they insisted it would be 2-3 days per week onsite as they had a policy change. Had to decline as I was living too far from Dublin office. Could have been transparent at the beginning rather than wasting my time.

Interview
Went through 3 interviews, first had phone interview and then was followed up by meeting with team members. There was no written test. Was very conversational. The interview process is much more difficult now.
