Extremely poor experience. Scheduled for an phone interview after the application submission. My phone was with me at least 15 minutes before the schedule, no one called so I emailed the HR personnel but no response. then after a week I got an auto reply email saying that they decide to move on to other candidates. Such an irresponsible HR and unrespectful act without a word of apology?
