I was sourced through LinkedIn from one of their internal recruiters at the tail end of a decision process. Did a 30 minute phone screen with a really nice and transparent recruiter of theirs. He mentioned that the next step would be to get on the phone with the hiring manager. He got back to me and said that the manager would like to skip the call and invited me to a face to face 3 days later. Shortly after the call he sent over the expectations for the interview and set up a follow up in case I had any questions. They required a mock renewal situation in the interview which I was given the scenario and expectations. The face to face was on site in the NYC office, where a peer introduced herself and took me through a tour of the space. Met with the hiring manager after along with my LinkedIn recruiter and another manager via video chat. Mock was about 20 minutes and took another 10 minutes for feedback face to face took about an hour and a half total. Got a call about 2 hours later saying that they wanted me to speak to one of the regional managers in CA That night. Had a 30 min conversation that was very transparent about the role and the team's strategy. Did a quick mock on the fly. Received an offer over the phone 2 days later.
