I had a mixed experience interviewing for the Senior Cross-Platform Software Engineer position.
The process consisted of three stages:
One remote technical interview
Two onsite interviews on the same day (one with HR and one with the team leader)
The interview process itself was smooth and well-organized. The technical interview was fair and relevant, and both onsite interviews were positive. The discussions with HR and the team leader were professional, and I did not face any issues during the interviews.
After successfully completing all stages, I received a verbal job offer and accepted it. I was informed that the official written offer would be sent the following week. However, I was later notified that the hiring process was put on hold due to client-related delays.
After nearly two months, I was contacted again and told that hiring had resumed. Since I had already passed all interviews, we revisited the offer details, and I was assured that the official offer would be sent the same day.
Unfortunately, the offer was never sent. About a week later, I was informed once again that hiring had been frozen, without additional clarification.
While the interview experience itself was positive, the post-interview communication and repeated delays created uncertainty and made the overall experience frustrating.
Overall: Positive interview process, but unclear and inconsistent communication after the final stage.
