3 stages of interview, all virtual, excluding phone screening, each round took about an hour. Be prepared for a detailed sourcing assignment, demonstrate your ability to think strategically and creatively.
The panel interview can be thorough, practice discussing your recruitment metrics, tools you’ve used, and successful hires you’ve made. Show enthusiasm for the company’s culture and values in the final interview.
