Filling out a packet answering necessary previous employment info; then first interview with the recruiter. Once you complete the recruiter interview, the recruiter lets you know if you’ve made it from the first interview, to the orientation where they explain the pay plans, benefits, etc. After orientation, you are to meet again the next day to do your final interview. This is where you meet the management, and they decide from there whether you’re a good fit or not for the team.
