I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes in Feb 2015
Interview
Interview went exactly as described on reviews here.
Same generic questions "3 strengths and weaknesses", "what would you do if you saw a vase with a dead flower" etc. The spelling test consisted of 25 words and 5 nonsense words where they were really seeing if you could sound out words correctly. The critical thinking test was more tough than i expected it to be, don't know how they would grade it.
Beware of the words "temporary worker", sure you get paid $17/hr, but you don't get any benefits, vacation time, or sick days paid. None. And they won't guarantee you a minimum number of hours per week. So if you're looking for a stable full time job, this isn't it.

Interview
There are 2 literacy exams and had a follow-up to meet with the center for a more formal interview asking about experience with education, tutoring, or any kind of childcare.

Interview
A lot of personality questions and a “technical” interview which involved. Spelling test and a reading comprehension test that had increasingly difficult passages. I would say they felt closes to the act ELA section
