I interviewed at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes
Interview
There are 2 literacy exams and had a follow-up to meet with the center for a more formal interview asking about experience with education, tutoring, or any kind of childcare.
Easy interview
Application
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes
Interview
I applied on either Career Builder or Craigslist to an add about a tutoring job. They called me in for a testing/interview phase a few weeks later. The interview was pretty easy with standard interview questions like "Why do you think you'd be a good fit?" The testing took about 2 hours and you just had to prove that your reading comprehension and spelling skills were above average. Everyone who showed up for the interview was hired.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They always ask something like "What would you do if there was a broken vase of flowers in the lobby?" It was unexpected, but not too tough to answer. If you say anything except "I'd clean it up immediately!" you'd be giving a terrible answer.

Interview
A lot of personality questions and a “technical” interview which involved. Spelling test and a reading comprehension test that had increasingly difficult passages. I would say they felt closes to the act ELA section
