There were 3 rounds and I attended 2. The first was a phone interview which lasted for about 10 to 15 minutes only. They then scheduled me for a spelling test and critical thinking test with the centre director.

Phone interview if generic questions, VERY strange group interview that includes a cheesy video, spelling test and critical thinking test, and hour and half interview with center manager if you pass the test, and an hour video interview with regional manager if you make it to that step. I spend 3 days interviewing, spent over an hour and a half with the center manager during one interview. I was told by the center manager and the regional Manager that I would have a decision and a phone call by the afternoon. I was sent a form email letting me know I was not selected. That speaks volumes to me. To spend that long interviewing and they didn’t even have the courtesy to call me... looks like I dodged a bullet. This company has horrible employee reviews and I was to trying to over look it but based on my experience, I would have to agree with these reviews. Offer or not, you spend that much time interviewing someone, the least you can do is pick up the phone and call them.
