I initially applied through their website electronically. I was then called on the phone for a face to face interview. My initial impression of her was great. She was very relaxed, outgoing and friendly. I liked her style a lot. I was given details of the job during that interview. The culture of special education appealed to me greatly. The job culture was an adjustment from mainstreamed students but the teacher was really good and I adapted quickly. I was offered the position a couple of weeks later.
