Engaging, expect some role play
Interviewers were very nice and down to earth
First interview was a phone screening with the recruiter
2nd interview was in person with the Center manager
Then i had a Teams interview with the area manager then the regional manager
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Lincare
Interview
Initial interview in person with center manager followed by a zoom interview with area manager. Easy and relaxed, felt like I got the job because of first impression (confidence is key).
