The interview process was smooth and well-structured, featuring engaging, hands-on tasks that effectively assessed my skills and problem-solving abilities. The team demonstrated strong cultural alignment and a welcoming, collaborative environment.

A MESS. The first interviewer got promoted, so I got switched to a different interviewer, during the interview the recruiter didn't even know which job she's interviewing for (it was a 1+ year exp position, she was pissed i dont have 3-5 years exp), then her screen froze half way, rescheduled to continue it next week, then the next week I found out she left or got laid off so they switched me to ANOTHER interviewer who offered me to interview for a more senior role instead so i gladly accepted. During the interview everything went great, then 3-5 days later i got rejected. Seriously, 3 different technical recruiters and 3 separate meetings I had to attend for the VERY FIRST ROUND, a total waste of my time and extremely disrespectful.
