Application
I applied online. I interviewed at Lime (Vancouver, BC) in Mar 2026
Interview
A MESS. The first interviewer got promoted, so I got switched to a different interviewer, during the interview the recruiter didn't even know which job she's interviewing for (it was a 1+ year exp position, she was pissed i dont have 3-5 years exp), then her screen froze half way, rescheduled to continue it next week, then the next week I found out she left or got laid off so they switched me to ANOTHER interviewer who offered me to interview for a more senior role instead so i gladly accepted. During the interview everything went great, then 3-5 days later i got rejected.
Seriously, 3 different technical recruiters and 3 separate meetings I had to attend for the VERY FIRST ROUND, a total waste of my time and extremely disrespectful.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lime in Mar 2025
Interview
Pretty straightforward, had a recruiter screen, followed by a technical interview, and then just a hiring manager interview (not a full loop), which seemed pretty inconsistent compared with the other experiences here. Got a rejection shortly afterward

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lime
Interview
I really enjoyed the interview process at Lime because the recruiter gave me a lot of preparation for the types of questions that would be asked.
For the Technical Phone Screen, my recruiter notified me to study for a Dynamic Programming Question. They then detailed how the onsite would go and what types of questions would be asked in all the interviews which made it much easier to prepare. Overall the Process looked like this:
1. Technical Phone Screen (1 hour)
2. Virtual Onsite (4 Interviews)
a. Coding & Problem Solving (Leetcode) (1 hour)
b. Systems Design (1 hour)
c. Front-end (1 hour)
d. Behavioural w/ the Hiring Manager. (1 hour)

The systems design questions revolved around designing Lime's task platform.
