2 interviews. I got an email saying that I passed the two interviews and asking my salary requirements, stating that they would try to do their best to match my expectations even if they were not sure that it would be possible. I gave a number that I thought was fair, maybe a little bit high. In the end they ghosted me, without even proposing a lower wage, that I would have accepted if they would have been able to give explanations/their point of view. The interviewers were nice apart from that bad experience.
