Phone screen followed by a coding assignment then an on-site interview. I had asked questions to clarify the coding challenge and they were slow to respond so I just submitted with my understanding. They said they appreciated this as they want to get the opportunity to workshop your solution, questions and assumptions in the interview. Turns out you don't visit the coding challenge at all during the interview. It's five rounds of one on one each with a different member of the company (lead developers, architects, PMs, CTO). Overall, they are a great team solving unique problems and it was a pleasant experience to meet them.
