Easy to pass and informative, not a difficult process at all. Expected for a gig worker scheme. It was entirely online and not in person. I recommend it to start somewhere.
I applied online. I interviewed at Like Family (Australia)
Interview
From finding the job posting, I was forced to create an account with Like Family, then complete a six question form about my motivation for applying and what kind of worker I am. Afterwards, I would have needed to provide three (3) referees, and complete various other forms. I didn’t make it past the questionnaire.
I finished the questionnaire and was met with a full-screen message reading, "Thank you for applying to become a Social Carer. Unfortunately we have decided not to proceed with your application. If you'd like more information on why this decision has been made, please refer to your email."
They didn’t even ask for a resume or cover letter. Instant rejection.
