basic phone screening expect to be ghosted after this they don't respond to follow up emails and seem to always be hiring. I wouldn't recommend trying to apply here something feels off
You take 2 aptitude tests then interview with the team lead and manager. They ask you questions about your work background and some off the wall questions like what can use a stapler for besides stapling.
The interview process was designed to be efficient and straightforward. It consisted of an initial introductory call to discuss the role and the background, followed by a task based on the platform function assignment.
