Had intro interview with talent specialist to get to know more about the role and so they could find out more about my experience. Got asked a few technical questions which seems odd as this was an initial interview not a technical interview. Interview seemed to have gone well and was told I would hear back the following week. Sent a follow up email 1 week after the interview and never heard back. Very unprofessional to ghost applicants.
