First interview was a review of interests and experience by the talent acquisition expert. The second interview was a combination of behavioural and technical questions asked by the hiring manager and team lead. I was impressed by the fact that no questions were repeated from one step to the next and my previous answers had clearly been reviewed and were referenced during the proceeding interview. It felt like they were communicating well internally and we’re putting in the effort to prepare as much as I was as a candidate.

Initial contact was quick, under 48 hours. Had a total of 3 meetings, one with HR/Recruiting, one with the hiring manager and a peer, and finally one with HR again to go over my personality and fit cultural fit within the organization. Everyone was really great during the process and they cared more about substance of experience rather than length/seniority which is always a positive for me. The whole process took less than 2.5 weeks and could not have been more straightforward.
