Process was super clear (3 steps) and each member I met was nice and available if I had more questions. Mock call to find out more about hard and soft skills. They gave me really good feedback for both + and -, I really enjoyed that interview.

Interview
The interview process at Lightspeed was every salesperson's dream. Recruiter screen to final interview was fast, without long delays between interviews, and efficient, without unnecessary steps. The primary recruiter, Kim, was very easy to talk to, transparent throughout the process, and quick to follow up after each interview.
